Finally submitted My Comments On the Revised Draft Indian Financial Code!  All along was grappling with the issue of how long a comment paper to write- wanted just enough to hold the readers's attention yet comprehensive. Finally, settled on comments on 3 areas (FSDC, Allocation of responsibilities and Resolution of Financial Firms) and 10 pages. Here  is the  draft that I submitted!
